To make a return from metropolitan France:
1. You have 10 days after receiving your parcel to make your return.
2. You can only return your order using the postal system by “affranchissant votre retour par letter suivie”. Your return must be in light packages and less than 2 cm thick (similar to those delivered to you).
3. All returns must be accompanied by an informative mail to email@example.com including the order number assigned by COSMOGONIE that will allow our logistics partner to let us know when it is received and put the item back in stock. The parcel needs to be returned to the following address :

COSMOGONIE will reimburse the return costs incurred by the customer under the following conditions:
– The customer must provide the invoice of the amount paid to make this return and will be reimbursed up to 6.90 € euros. The invoice must be received as follows:
– By email, scanned at: firstname.lastname@example.org
The return costs will be reimbursed by check (sent to your attention at the delivery address of the package), our secure payment platform does not allow us to refund an amount greater than the initial order.
In order to be validated by our logistics partner, the returned items must not have been worn or washed, they
must be still labeled and suitable to be put back in stock. If this is not the case we may not accept it and will return it on to you.
N.B. In order to avoid any abuse during the refund of the return postage costs incurred by the consumer, COSMOGONIE reserves the right, in case of an invoice with a manifestly too high amount, to weigh the package returned and apply a refund equal to the weight range appearing on the post’s price list (LaPoste.fr). Refunds are only made up to 6.90 euros. COSMOGONIE does not refund the cost of the packaging sold by La Poste (Colissimo or other packaging). We invite our customers to return their items in the original package carefully closed and affranchis au poids en Lettre Suivie.
1. All returns must include the delivery note initially present in your package (or a photocopy if applicable) and the return identification number assigned by COSMOGONIE that will allow our logistics partner to process your return as soon as possible.
2. In order to help us better process your return, please describe in your delivery note the reason for your return (wrong size, wrong colors, wrong model delivered, etc.)
In order to be validated by our logistics partner, returned items must not have been worn or washed, they must be still labeled and be in their original packaging (box, plastic bag etc.), otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and will send it back to you.
Any article that has been offered as part of a promotional operation must be returned in case of refund or exchange. For any new order, the product offered will be returned to you.
Once your return has been accepted by our logistics partner, COSMOGONIE will refund you on the bank account or Paypal account used for the payment within 10 working days. A refund ticket will be immediately and automatically be sent to your email to notify you.
